YOUR DENTAL APPOINTMENT

When we make an appointment with you, we set that time aside for your treatment and always try to ensure you are seen at the correct time. We understand that circumstances sometimes mean that appointments cannot be kept, but we request that you give us 24 hours notice if you intend to cancel an appointment. Since practice time is valuable, we reserve the right to charge a fee for appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours of their scheduled time.
